In an interview with Hero Daniels, the 32-year-old revealed that she continues to deal with societal stigma, despite acknowledging that her daughter is a blessing in her life.
Reflecting on her experience, Rhuthee expressed, “When I was pregnant at 16, it was the most challenging phase of my life because people judged me for not even knowing my story. And till today, I still have to deal with it, even when I know now that I’m blessed beyond measure because my daughter is the best thing that ever happened to me.
“You don’t have to be loved by everyone; you don’t have to put yourself in a position where you have to draw attention or some sort of bond with people. I feel it should be natural because a lot of people were against me even without knowing my story.”
